PTA meetings provide an opportunity to learn about school activities and events. If any specific funding decisions are needed, they will be made with the input of everyone present (and any input provided ahead of time by those who can’t attend). Decisions are made by the community at large. An agenda for each meeting, including any funding requests, will be published before each meeting. Please join us!

Come together to meet other Kindergarten families before the first day of school!
We have many opportunities for parents to get involved (i.e. Scholastic Book Fair, Springfest, Cultural Fair, ChalkFest, Teacher Appreciation, Field Days, input during monthly meetings, etc).

Each Shaker Lane classroom has between 2-3 Classroom Ambassadors. These individuals will communicate with the classroom teacher about more immediate needs for their individual classrooms.
